Little Paddington

Industry: Early Childhood · Education
Work: Website Design · Digital Identity

Little Paddington is a Singapore-based preschool and infant care network built on a thoughtful early-years philosophy — one where the environment becomes the third teacher and every child’s curiosity is gently nurtured. Studio Kanso was commissioned to translate this ethos into a warm, intuitive and aesthetically restrained digital presence. Guided by their core pillars — purposeful play, holistic development, inclusivity, sustainability, and emotional wellbeing — we shaped a website that mirrors the school’s nurturing world. The experience highlights their signature ateliers, nature-led outdoor spaces, coding and STEAM integration, and the celebrated United Nations curriculum that fosters global awareness and belonging. We distilled a complex pedagogical framework into a clear, calming narrative: from infant care to preschool, from pastoral support to early intervention pathways. The result is a digital identity that feels trustworthy, human, and aligned with Little Paddington’s promise of igniting confidence and curiosity in every child.

Mind Mapping

It involves brainstorming to document the different ideas associated with a concept, then placing those ideas onto the mind map itself - to gain visual cues for design.

Two Layout Concepts

We designed two alternative website layouts, each crafted to balance aesthetics and functionality while presenting different possibilities for interaction and storytelling.

1. Organic, Playful, Friendly.

2. Structured, Blocks, Vibrant, Formal.
